Consulting on system design and safety

Laser micro/nano-machining
Qualead Group has its own facility equipped with automated laser platforms where it provides laser cutting and machining services. Laser cutting allows a quick, cost-effective way to translate ideas into reality with custom prototyping. Precise laser micro/nano-machining also allows surface functionalization and treatment for different purposes. Surface functionalization may include introducing or enhancing biocompatibility and antibacterial properties or altering wettability of surfaces. And laser surface treatment processes such as cleaning and hardening of surfaces.
